when the story started took place with this man in the hospital.His name is Yorrisian. He is afarid to fight in the war, so he comes up with many different kinds of reason why he should stay in the hospital longer. while he was in the hospital all he did was talk about being their and that shows everyone that he is trying his best to stay their as long as he can.

One part in the book is when he goes back to his barracks and he meets and greets with his old friend apple cheeks.The reason he has that name is because he stuck crab apples and chest nuts in his cheek. His dream was always having big cheeks and no matter what he was always going to try another way to make his cheeks better.

Many people in the story doesnt like Yorrisian at all. One person that doesnt like him alot is name dunbar. He hates Yorrisian with a passion. he thinks that hes really stupid and all his thoughts are true but hes taking it to a stupid level. The thoughts that i am talking about is that he thinks everyone is trying to kill he which is really t true. But that only because it's a war and because he on an opposite side everyone has enemies.

Yorrisian is a person that doesn't want to go to want to leave the hospital at all. Honestly i think that he is really crazy. He think that everyone wants to kill him and he makes himself be scared to death . Many people dont like hime because of how he acts and many people want to kill him like dunbar also. He really tried to change the way he thought, like there was another reason no one was talking to him ( which we all knew the reason why)

He thought his intentios were good, like he was helping everyone but really he wasn't, so really all thoughts of helping was really a dream because he was just wasing alot of his time

#1.What is the difference between the two conversation?

The conversations with Yossarian and the apples man was a little weird because was thinking about putting apples into his cheeks to make them bigger and i though that he was the most craiest one out of the all.

#2.How does Yossarian's role change?
When Yossarian was talking to the apples man. you could see the change. he started acting like he was more interested in what he though when he didnt so you could see him trying to be calm and understanding of the apples man situation

#3 What do some of the characters feel about Yossarian?

I think most of them really like him. I think that hes a honest person an i think everyone sees that.
